The Henhayes Centre is the perfect venue for every occasion, be it a party, wedding reception, wake or private function, or holding regular group activities such as exercise classes, slimming groups, or meetings.
We have Wi-Fi throughout the building, the Centre is all on one level and has full disabled access including parking and toilet.
We have 3 main rooms for hire, our Willow Room which is the largest of the 3 and offers a wonderfully bright space with room for up to 130 people closely seated or standing as an audience. Our Walnut Room offers a space in which you can fit up to 20 people closely seated, and our Oak Room, which although small with a max capacity of 15 people, is perfect for meetings and small gatherings. We also have the option of combining the Oak & Walnut Rooms to make one medium-sized room which can hold up to 40 people closely seated.
We have a fully licenced and well stocked bar, which is open weekdays 11:00 - 16:00, or can be opened upon request of hire for evenings and weekend bookings. We can also serve tea/coffee and other refreshments during opening hours.
Our Willow Room has it's own PA system, is fitted with air conditioning, is equipped with a hearing loop, has a substantial projector screen, and a large wall-mounted TV screen with HDMI and auxiliary sockets. We also have a stage and dance floor which can be assembled upon request.
Leading directly out of the Willow Room there is a small patio area which can be used as part of the hire of the Willow or hired separately for outside events.
Our Walnut Room is fitted with air conditioning and has a large TV screen with HDMI and auxiliary sockets.
Our Oak Room has a small CD Player/Sound system, is fitted with air conditioning, and has an external door ideal for private exit/entry.
Tables, chairs, and high chairs are available for use in all rooms, and we can provide a projector upon request.
We have a fully equipped commercial kitchen which can also be privately hired.

The seating and dancing capacity of the Centre given in this schedule is the maximum allowed by the Local Authority or Licensing Authority and the Hirer undertakes that these limits will not be exceeded under any circumstances.
